Sleepers Cross is a development of 345 apartments in High Town, Luton behind the train station. The scheme will be split across 4 buildings of up to 18 storeys.

The development will have a mixture of communal spaces including a lounge, house kitchen, gym and a multifunctional space as well as 1,922 sq.ft. of class E use space.

The site is in the neighbourhood of High Town, a 2-minute walk from the station and the city centre which stretches out from the other side of the station.

The site is in an area that is undergoing some regeneration and that backs on the High Town Road, the main high street in the area that is home to independent businesses, shops, cafés and restaurants.
