The site borders Digbeth, Bordesley, the Gay Village and is a short walk from the Bullring, Smithfield and the Chinese Quarter.

The site is within walking distance of the city centre, Smithfield Market, Digbeth, Birmingham New Street and Moor Street stations and the new Curzon Street HS2 station, which is due to open in 2028.
