Designed to support line managers to develop and enhance their skills, the Dandara Academy was launched recently at our Altrincham Head office.

Focussing on HR fundamentals, the Academy marks an important milestone in our long-term growth strategy and commitment to creating even greater opportunities for career development and progression within the Group.
Nicki Henderson & Ali Murphy, both part of our Group HR Team delivered the training.

Our people are key to this success and ensuring that we empower and equip them with the skills and tools they need as the business continues to grow, is vital.

Nicki continues: “Since the Academy launched, 45 managers from a wide range of disciplines across our development, construction and operational divisions have successfully completed the programme, putting the theory of what they’ve learned, into practice to support their teams even more effectively.”
The Academy is part of the significant investment the Group has made in its training and development platform over the past year, which provides access to a wide range of courses across diverse areas of the business. The courses not only offer employees the opportunity to develop their skills, but also connect with and develop links with colleagues from other business areas.
