The awards, which are given based on verified resident reviews and satisfaction scores over the last year, are widely recognised and highly coveted within the industry.
Dandara Living received the award for UK Top Rated Small Build-to-Rent Operator reflecting that our efforts to provide an exceptional lived experience for the almost 3,000 residents who current occupy homes in Dandara Living-operated developments.
The Dandara Living-operated Aston Place development in Birmingham also received the Top Rated Large Build-to-Rent Development award, a testament to our dedication to creating living spaces that not only meet but exceed the expectations of modern renters.
