Social & Local Value is a key focus area for our business and the Dandara Living Social Value Framework requires all schemes to develop a Social and Local Value Plan.

Each Plan forecasts the anticipated the social value that each of our developments could potentially create throughout the planning and construction stages. We have agreed that focussing on smaller number of key measures is the best way to ensure we do this well, and as a result, we are creating social value around local employment & training, local procurement and support of local community groups and organisations.
