Now celebrating its 45th year, the What House? Awards remain one of the most prestigious events in the UK property industry. More than 1,300 professionals gathered at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on Friday 21 November for an afternoon recognising excellence, innovation and dedication across the new homes sector.
Now in their 45th year, the Awards were once again a magnificent celebration of the very best new homes in Britain. It has been an incredibly tough year for the housebuilding industry and to continue to deliver such high-quality homes is testament to their hard work and passion for what they do.

This marks the fifth consecutive year Dandara Living has been recognised at the What House? Awards, reinforcing its reputation as one of the leading Build to Rent developers in the UK.
